What shipping options does PostageInk.com offer?
PostageInk.com offers 4 shipping options:
- USPS Priority: delivers in 3-5 days.
- 3-Day Select: Delivery within 3 days or less. Not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
- Second Day Air: Delivers by 2nd business day.
- Next Day Air: A.M. delivery overnight.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Date of shipment is subject to time of order placement and rate of order processing.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
If your product is damaged, has missing parts, or is malfunctioning, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Reach out via phone at 1-800-925-(4465) or via email at info@postageink.com. Please leave a detailed message including your order number and a description of the defect. We will reach out with return instructions and issue a refund where applicable.
How do I initiate a return?
In order to initiate a return, please contact customer service via phone or email mentioned above, before returning items. Voluntary returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and the item must be in new, unused condition in its original, undamaged, unaltered packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, as pre-paid labels are not provided for voluntary returns. Returns must be pre-approved by PostageInk.com before shipping. Unapproved return shipments are not guaranteed to be refunded or fulfilled.
Does my order qualify for free shipping?
All ink and tape orders include free 3-5 day standard shipping.
How do I cancel my order?
Postageink.com makes every effort to accommodate order cancellations. However, along with providing quality products and customer service - quick shipping is also a top priority. If an order is shipped prior to our receipt of a cancellation request - we cannot cancel the order. Call us immediately at 1-800-925-4465 if you need to cancel or amend an order. If you don't reach a customer service representative, LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE including your order number requesting cancellation or amendment. Your call will be returned.
How do I recycle my ink cartridge?
We respect the environment and are asking you to join our recycling efforts and receive a 10% discount on your next order. Simply collect your empty cartridges. When you are ready, give us a call and we will send you a return shipping label and give you a coupon code for a discount on your next order.
Please note that if you only have one cartridge, you can take it to a variety of retail outlets including, but not limited to: Best Buy, Target, Staples, and Office Max. There may even be a non-profit organization in your area that will accept spent ink cartridges. So, check around and help us protect the earth.
